The association
We believe everyone has the potential to contribute to a better future. We welcome anyone who wants to care for themselves, for others and for the environment through simple gestures, according to their own time, inclination and resources.
Even those with very little time can do their part, like the hummingbird in the burning savannah...
What we do
Alia Vita believes that now more than ever, it is important to consume less and recycle more effectively to preserve our planet. We promote initiatives for an economy that makes the most of what already exists, and we do this through simple actions that support local communities in their transition to more sustainable practices.
We raise awareness of the importance of biodiversity through educational campaigns, courses and conservation projects. Every summer, we coordinate the "No butts, no waste, just nature" campaign on Italian and Swiss beaches and public places. Volunteers from all over the world contribute to the success of this initiative.
We propose detox treatments that blend elegance with the authentic beauty of Apulian nature. We stand out for our simplicity and personalized stays. Our Digital Detox and Nutritional Detox retreats are open to anyone who wants to combine purpose with pleasure.

Born and raised in Gagliano del Capo. An independent chartered accountant in Geneva since 1995, bringing years of circular-economy experience to the association.
Over 25 years in global finance and sovereign funds, now focused on social and environmental impact. Dedicated to protecting the beauty and heritage of Salento.
Olive grove owner and oil producer in Puglia, and an artist based in Japan leading the Google for Startups community. Brings an innovative approach to our projects.

Support our work
There is no public financing behind Alia Vita. A tree goes into the ground, a beach gets cleaned and 3,000 pocket ashtrays get printed because individuals and companies decide to pay for them.
